Moving out

This weekend my baby is moving out of home. My work baby that is. Allergy Friendly Foods, 5 years old, is ready to spread its wings. After a brilliant 5 years first in the spare bedroom, then spare bedroom + garage, then spare bedroom + garage + storage shed, this weekend we'll be moving everything except my computer off site. As the business has grown and become busier, I am finding it harder to draw the line between home and work. I can't tell you how many nights I'll pop in to check the computer on the way to bed and still be there a few hours later. Or an order comes in at the last minute and I'll stop cooking dinner to pack it up and get it off with the courier in a 15 minute turnaround.  So I'm setting some new schedules and separating a few duties and by having a physical separation I won't be able to cheat! So there is some gym time, some friend catch up time, order packing times and dedicated days in the office where I can actually work on the business and not be caught up in the box packing etc. I'm really excited about it and happy that my little hobby is all grown up into its own business. It's still my baby and I'm sure that this move will enable me to grow it further and give it the focus and attention it needs. 


So busy weekend for my helper (ie husband!) moving boxes & getting organised & then off we go!
